Salary: AED 3000 – AED 4000 + incentives (based on experience)
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional courteous manner.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transaction.
Collaborate with team members to achieve performance target and goals.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and accurately
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Document interactions in the CRM system
Follow up with customers payments status.
Updating customer’s information.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
Proficiency in verbal and written communication in Arabic, English and Hindi.
Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Previous call centre or customer service experience is a bonus
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
Ability to handle escalated calls from angry or dissatisfied customers with empathy and patience, working towards finding suitable resolution.
Proficiency in time management, efficient allocation of resources and timely completion of task
